1) Order Processing

  • Peak Periods: During sales or new launches, processing may take 3–5 business days.
2) Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable national and regional couriers to ensure safe delivery across India.

3) Shipping Charges
  • Free Standard Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal fee (₹49–₹99) based on location and weight.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available) may include an additional handling fee.
4) Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track in real time.

5) Delivery Attempts
  • Couriers typically make up to two delivery attempts.
  • Undelivered packages may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery can be arranged on request and may attract additional shipping charges.
6) Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship pan-India.
  • Deliveries to remote locations may take longer than usual.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
7) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your name, address, pin code, and phone number are correct at checkout. Vaku Luxos is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

8) Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items
  • If your package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • For issues discovered post-delivery, email us within 48 hours at support@vaku.in with clear photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product.
  • Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
9) Delayed Deliveries

Delays can occur due to courier backlogs, weather events, natural calamities, strikes, or regional restrictions. We’ll keep you informed via email/SMS if timelines change materially.
